No parking lots , no lcd tvs , samll toilits ,no clean carpet , location the small tolite was my begest problrm
I have been going to the hOTEL for over 5 years passing through for work and vacation.staff are very friendly and polite.rates have been very reasonable and booking rooms very easy with no troubles.ideally placed for my work offices and within easy distance to airport rooms are clean and tidy.creek bar has well stocked variety of drinks and staff are proffessional and courteous.
During any holiday periods closing of the main bars, etc
The location was very accessible to the shopping areas
Proximity to metro station
Very poor breakfast in a very tiny room
It was a little bit costly as per the others same hotels. Cost was around 30 % extra Normal charges are 600 aed and I have been charged..960 Aed per day and I have been told that due to net booking it is costly. I stayed 5 Days and total difference is about 1800 aed, which is a big amount. This was not acceptable. I hope, next time I will try my best to book from some other sources. Thanks. Regards - M. Faisal
I liked the services especially reception staff and dinning staff.
To wait for the availability of the room while i booked in advance.
Breakfasts are well worth it
Sometimes the smell of the air conditioners ,it has a smokey smell to it
The Italian Restaurant is very good value for money
I have been refused room service Breakfast after 11:00.
It was central but due to proximity of hotel nightclub room was noisy
We liked every thing about Al Khaleej Hotel, but the best was the breakfast in their italian restaurant.
If you are in Dubai for the shopping then Al Khaleej Hotel is the place, you can walk to where ever you want to go, they have a 9th floor bar area that my wife and I found as a good starting point for our evening ventures.
i liked the personal i.ee staff to begin with ,the ambious of the hotel it self so beautrful and well maintained
not really the staff the atmosphere is very remarkable.you are a wonderful lot. Please keep up the good friendly service from the security personal to all stuff at the reception in the resturants and those doing room service were very good they made me not only feel at home but at home
Easy access to internet. Late checkout was allowed. Food at the restaurant was ok.
Upon check-in passports were kept for unknown reasons. This is quite unacceptable as this is the only identity that tourists normally can use for authentication purposes by the authorities concerned. I personally went to Gold Souk and couldn't buy anything as I had no evidence of my identity upon request by the shop sellers. Unfortunately due to time constraints I could not go there again.Upon queries at the hotel reception, some said that the passport was kept as safety measure while some mentioned that we could have taken the passport once payment was done. And I specifically proposed the staff upon check in to make payment at that instance so that I could get my passport, but she said that it was not possible.
